1. What is the one-time setup fee for?
The setup fee covers the initial onboarding process, which includes creating your personalized profile, matching you with the right mentors and buddies, and granting you access to our exclusive networking platforms.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can switch between plans. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll update your subscription to reflect the new plan starting from the next month.
Are the networking events held online or in person?
Monthly networking events are held online. For in-person networking workshops, you receive discount coupons depending on the plan you choose.
How do the mentor and buddy connects work?
You'll be matched with industry professionals or peers based on your domain and experience level. Additionally, you can select upto one mentor/buddy of your choice from the available list, ensuring you get the guidance that best aligns with your career goals.
What if I miss a monthly networking event?
Recordings won’t be shared, as attending these events is optional. If you’re busy or don’t see value in a particular event, you’re welcome to skip it without impacting your subscription benefits.
What does the CV referral and feedback process entail?
For Silver and Gold plans, we’ll refer your CV to industry professionals for consideration. Gold members also receive personalized online feedback. Even if there are no current openings, the professionals will review your profile and provide insights, including whether they would consider you for the role if they were hiring. If yes, they’ll explain why; if not, they’ll highlight areas for improvement.
