Our platform connects you with industry mentors and professionals for personalized guidance, advice, and networking opportunities to help you achieve your goals faster.
How Do I Find a Mentor?
You can search for mentors by your domain or area of expertise. Check their ratings, available plans, and choose the right fit for your needs. If you're unsure about who to choose, contact our support team for free advice on selecting the best mentor.
How Much Does Mentoring Cost?
Pricing varies depending on the plan you choose. More details on each mentor's pricing and services are available on their individual pages.
How Do I Book a Session?
Once you select a mentor and plan, make the payment, and you’ll receive a link to schedule your mentoring session at a time that works for you.
Can I Reschedule My Call?
We respect both the mentee's and mentor's time. If you need to reschedule, please contact our support team at least 48 hours before your scheduled call to do so free of charge. If less than 48 hours remain, there will be a 25% fee applied to your booking.
What Are the Monthly Networking and Mentoring Plans?
Our platform offers the most affordable and unique way to seek professional guidance while building meaningful connections with industry professionals. We have three subscription plans: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, offering different levels of networking and personalized mentoring.
What is the Difference Between a Mentor and a Buddy?
Both mentors and buddies are actively employed in their respective industries. A mentor brings over 3 years of Canadian experience, offering a wealth of knowledge and insights. A buddy, on the other hand, has more recently started their career in Canada (with less than 3 years of experience) but still brings valuable perspectives and fresh insights to the table. While the price for an industry buddy is generally more affordable, both mentors and buddies are committed to helping you succeed in your professional journey.
What If I Need a Refund?
If you accidentally purchase a plan and haven’t scheduled a call with any mentor, you can request a refund by contacting our support team. Please note that refunds are not available after a call has been scheduled.
I Would Like to Connect with Multiple Mentors - Can I Get a Discount?
Yes, if you would like to meet multiple mentors, it's best to subscribe to our monthly networking and mentoring program. Depending on the plan you choose, you can connect with more than one mentor/buddy each month.
